  • What is your rate for design services?

    Because we take a strategic and customized approach to each project, we don’t have a flat rate. We focus on creating the most value based on your goals—happy to chat through the details and put together a proposal that makes sense for both of us.

  • Can I just get a logo instead of a brand identity?

    We focus on creating thoughtful, strategic brand identities that go beyond just a logo. While the logo is an important element, it’s most effective when supported by a cohesive system of color, typography, and visual direction. To ensure consistency and impact across all touchpoints, we don’t offer standalone logo design at this time.

  • Can I hire you on a retainer?

    If it seems like we’d be a great fit for an ongoing relationship, we are always open to new retainer clients! Reach out.

  • How many clients do you take on at a time?

    We intentionally take on only a few clients at a time to ensure each project gets the focus and attention it deserves. This allows us to deliver high-quality work, quick response times, and a smooth, collaborative experience from start to finish.

  • Do you work with clients remotely or in person?

    We primarily work with clients remotely, which allows us to collaborate seamlessly no matter where you're located. That said, we do have a select few clients we meet with in person in and around Napa Valley—because honestly, who wouldn’t want to meet up in Napa?
